To log in to the Financial Disclosure Management (FDM) system,
- Select "CDC" in the Login Using drop-down.
- Enter your current CDC Network User Name and Password.
- Click Login.
PLEASE NOTE - CDC users may receive the message: "There is a problem with this websites security certificate." Click "Continue to this website (not recommended)." You will then be able to continue. The security of the site and your data will not be affected.
