View/Print Screen showing incorrect information if a Filer has not made a selection |
When a 450 Filer has NOT answered the Yes/No question for a Line-Item category the View/Print screen should NOT indicate that there are No line-items for this line-item category.

Red Flag for Appointment Date on Annual Report |
When an Annual Filer prepopulates a report, they may receive a Red Flag for an Appointment Date.
Tip & Workaround – If the Filer deletes the report and starts over, it will clear the Red Flag.
1. Click My Reports | Reports List 2. Delete the 2021 Draft Report and follow the prompts 3. Click My Reports | Reports Not Started 4. Select Start This Report
The Filer can still pre-populate their report once the flag is cleared.

Supervisor Signed Outside of FDM screen missing 'Back Button' |
When processing a report for Supervisor Signed Outside of FDM and choose to add an attachment. Then change your mind there is no button on this Attachment screen. This forces the user to start all over in the process of marking a report a Supervisor Signed Outside of FDM.

Opening View/Print modal window in IE11 does not display the full modal window.
Tip & Workaround – Recommend using Google Chrome or Edge broswers instead IE

MSG files no longer accepted as Attachments |
MSG (outlook) files are no longer accepted as an Attachement in a report. When a user tries to add a MSG file as an Attachment, they receive an Invaild File Type error message.
Tip & Workaround – Save the MSG file as a PDF before adding it as an Attachment to a report.

Unable to download attachment from View/Print |
App Error thrown after clicking an Attachment hyperlink on the View/Print modal window launched from the Previous Reports screen or from the View/Print screen.
Tip & Workaround – Manually open the older/previous report then open (download) the attachment from the Attachments screen

mailTo app is NOT launched when a 450 disclosure report is moved to Request Amendment or Request Additional Information review statuses.
Tip & Workaround – Certifer will need to manually generate an email informing the filer that their report was moved to Request Amendment or Request Additonal Information review status

Previous Reports links do not display |
Previous Reports links not displaying correct report after initial view.
Tip & Workaround – Ctrl F5 will allow the selection of a different previous report. Must be done for each previous report attempting to view.
